Notice regarding prohibition of resale

Our company prohibits the resale of our products or the listing or sale of our products on auction sites, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "resale"). If this is violated, or if we determine that there is a risk of such violation, we will take the following actions.
(1) We will refuse applications from customers to purchase our products for the purpose of resale (including applications by agents; the same shall apply hereinafter).
(2) For customers who engage in resale activities, we may refuse future applications to purchase our products.
(3) We do not accept returns or exchanges as stated on our website, including not only our products that have been subject to resale, but also our products that have not been subject to resale.
(4) Our company is not responsible for any troubles related to resale activities, or for defects or other problems with our products after resale (including quality deterioration due to storage conditions or natural deterioration). However, this excludes cases where there is intentional or gross negligence on our part.
